Аннотація: Agricultural sector as a base of the national and international food security is the most important topic of scientific researches and its practical implementation. In the aim to provide higher efficiency in agricultural sector creates the necessity to analyse not only the cycle of food production but the cycle of all processes that include the production, transportation, recast and delivery to the final customers. This full cycle can be presented as food supply chain.
