Аннотація: Ukraine‟s exit from the crisis depends on the mechanisms of economic development, which is conditioned by the action of the economic laws system of and laws themselves. Economic development is a process of society life and its constituent parts, which is conditioned by both the freedom of the human will and the objective laws. Thus, economic development as a process of human life is the result of the action of objective laws, on the one hand, and, on the other, economic management, based on the conscious use of properly understood laws. However, in the modern world, the economy is not a self-contained and closed system.
