Аннотація: The article reveals the conceptual reflection of the evolution of the market and civilization may have a single interpretation, which includes the coordination of market development and capitalism as an economic system. In the process of research the basic provisions of the methodological level of research are substantiated. The correctness of the interpretation of market types corresponding to the stage approach is substantiated. The peculiarities of the market of pre-, industrial and post-industrial types are established, according to which the latter characterizes first of all the growing role of social and other criteria of its perfection / efficiency; appropriate change in regulatory policy, productivity growth, production volumes, value, consumption; knowledge intensity; the role of professionalism; change in the essence of the economy, type of production, social conflicts and the role of capital, etc. It is argued that there are some signs of post-industrial type for the domestic market of vegetable products, which tend to increase over time, especially in recent years, market transformations and integration of the industry into the world economic system.
