Summary: The purpose of the work is to analyze the problems and find the ways to solve them regarding the organization of physics teaching in the crisis conditions. In the conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, russia`s war against Ukraine, additional difficulties arise in the organization of the educational process, in particular, the teaching of physics in the higher educational institutions. To achieve the goal, theoretical research methods were used: analysis, synthesis, comparison of information from scientific research to clarify the essence and the role of the methods of conducting lectures, practical, laboratory classes, independent educational and cognitive activities of the students, monitoring the educational achievements of the students in the crisis conditions, and the empirical methods of research: conversation, observation and verification of the effectiveness of using one`s own approaches during mixed or distance forms of learning of the discipline of physics. As a result of research, it is substantiated that thanks to a wide variety of interactive information and communication possibilities, it is possible to effectively conduct physics classes in mixed and distance formats, in synchronous and asynchronous modes. The practical consequences are the implementation of the various methods of organizing and conducting physics classes in distance training using the resources of the higher education institutions, various services for organizing video conferences, learning management systems, tools for sharing and exchanging information, messengers, websites that offer a wide range of interactive simulations in physics and allow you to study physics in an interactive mode in the crisis conditions. The use of the Mathcad package makes it possible to perform calculations in an automated mode, significantly reducing the time spent on calculations during remote physics classes. Value/originality. The proposed technologies can be applied in the study of the other disciplines. The results of the research can be used to design the content of blended or distance training.
