Аннотація: The work is devoted to theoretical and experimental researches of filtration drying of grain of wheat. Criterion equations are obtained for describing the hydrodynamics of filtration drying on the basis of a mixed problem. On the basis of theoretical and experimental studies of heat exchange during filtration drying, criterial dependences in the form of dimensionless complexes for determination of heat transfer coefficients are proposed.
