Аннотація: The global educational crisis caused by the inadequate paradigm based on knowledge and on the interpretation of knowledge as a result of education that has existed for more than three hundred years is replaced by a new approach in pedagogical theory and practice that considers a person as a subject of his own life and socio-cultural creative activity, and education in which considers as a lifelong process of personal self-development.
