Аннотація: In the article the analysis of statistical data is conducted in relation to the state of normative money estimation of lot lands of the different agricultural setting. Researches were conducted for the north, south, western, east and central areas of Ukraine, to the Kyiv area and on the whole on Ukraine. With the aim of receipt of prognoses of normative money estimation of earth of the agricultural setting econometric models are shown out. It is set that the basic array of statistical data with sufficient exactness is presented by nonlinear regressive models, namely to
the degree of econometric model. Expediency of development of new model of the informative providing of money estimation of earth of the agricultural setting is reasonable. The location of econometric design of money estimation
of earth of the agricultural setting is determined in the system of planning of functioning of local authorities on receivables in a budget and making decision in relation to socio-economic development.
