Summary: At any stage of development, business entities face the question of the feasibility of developing and implementing an effective crisis management system. The growing challenges of the external environment and internal problems of the functioning of enterprises require a quick response and the application of appropriate preventive measures to overcome crisis phenomena caused by various macro- and micro-level factors. For the agricultural sector, which is characterized by special conditions of activity, the level of exposure to risk is much higher than in other spheres of economic activity, therefore the formation of the foundations of effective anti-crisis management becomes an integral component of the management system of agribusiness entities. The global socio-economic upheavals caused by the war only deepened the existing problems. The impossibility of predicting the scale and duration of this factor proves the necessity of forming an anti-crisis strategy in agricultural enterprises. The article reveals the essence and role of anti-crisis management in ensuring the financial and economic security of agrarians enterprises. The financial results of agricultural enterprises, the volume and structure of financial investments by types of economic activity, the volumes and structure of agricultural production by types were analyzed, the sources of investments in the fixed capital of agribusiness entities of Ukraine were characterized. Attention is focused on the fact that the anti-crisis management program at the enterprise in modern conditions should contribute to connecting existing solutions, in particular: notification devices, event reporting systems, programs. It was established that the introduction of an effective anti-crisis management system in agricultural enterprises depends not only on the level of organization of the implementation of this mechanism at the enterprise, but also on the regulatory influence of state institutions. The main directions of anti-crisis management of agricultural enterprises are recommended.
