Аннотація: The article examines legal regulation of the system of taxation of agricultural producers in Ukraine. The main stages of formation of the modern system of taxation in the agricultural sector are reviewed, the legislative mechanism of taxation of agricultural producers is analyzed, the main weak points of its functioning are outlined. The main novelties and ways of improvement of the tax legislation concerning agricultural producers and the sphere of land relations are considered.
